Hello there. Wow! I can't believe I finally
updated my site. It has been 4 months since my last update on this
website. Well I have been extremely busy with a lot of things the past
4 months.
Well let me first tell you the updates on this website.
The pictures have been completely updated. I took out the older pics
and put new vacation pictures, new car pics, and some other misc. pics.
The vacation pictures I have uploaded are from my most
recent vacation. I took a trip to Boston, New York, and New Jersey.
That was one FUN trip. I couldn't believe I traveled to these two
cities in roughly 4 days. I got to New York Friday and I was going
back and forth New York and New Jersey Friday and Saturday. My friend
JR took me around the two cities. It was awesome!
I took the subway from the JFK airport to the Port Authority
in New York. There I met my friend JR and we went to their apartment.
After that we went out and met up with our friend Tricia. We then went
to Broadway and saw a broadway show. We saw "AIDA" which was a musical
played by Toni Braxton. The music was written by Elton John. It
was a very cool show! The music was great and of course Toni Braxton
just blew me away. After that we went to a club called "Sweet &
Vicious". Tricia's friend was there and we all just talked and had a
good time.
The following day we just went around Manhattan. We
went to Cafe Lala from the movie "You've got Mail". We also took some
pictures at the "Serendipity" restaurant from the movie "Serendipity".
After that it was a good dinner in Chinatown and the whole evening I was on
a bus to Boston. It was a four hour trip to get to Boston from New
York. The bus ride wasn't bad. I pretty much slept all the way.
So I got to Boston around midnight. I took a cab and I
went to MIT. There I met up with my friend Art. The next day,
she took me around Boston. I fell in love with Boston! It was
definitely the place to be! The Cambridge area was beautiful.
The weather was great as well. And of course, the schools like Harvard
and MIT were just perfect. No wonder the people there are so smart.
The area seems so conducive to learning. The subway in Boston was
clean and very comfortable, definitely better than the New York subway
(sorry NY). This place called Quincy Market was beautiful as well.
They had street musicians, shops, restaurants, and it was right by the
harbor. Very cultural and definitely my type of place. I also
went whale watching in Boston which was very cool since I never saw a whale
right there in the ocean. And of course nothing beats the clam chowder
soup of the "Legal Seafood Restaurant". Can you believe I did all that
in one day???? Amazing...huh (thanks to Art of course!).
Anyways, after that I was on my way back to New York.
I met up again with JR. Monday I was pretty much just
preparing for my trip back to Tampa. JR took me to the airport and I
was on my way back to Tampa. Thanks again JR for everything!
Well, that was the story of my short but very fun vacation.
Now I'm back with my normal routine. School and work. I also got
a new car (MR2 Spyder), the pics are posted on the pictures section.
Other than that, there isn't much updates from here!
So hope you enjoy browsing my little home on the web! Drop me a line
on the guestbook if you have something to say! Take Care!
